R&B Legend Teddy Pendergrass Dies



Philadelphia native and R&B legend Teddy Pendergrass passed away wednesday

night. His family members did not report the details of his illness but said that he died from complications due to his 1982 car accident which left him paraylzed. In his early career, Teddy sang with The Cadillacs in the 1960s then later with Harold and the Blue Notes in the 1970s. He went onto to pursue a solo career in the 1980s with hits including "Come go with me" , " The whole town's Laughing at me" and "My lastest greatest inspiration". The Soulful crooner died at age 59.
